The Ho'oulu Building is home to the Agriculture Department. Students can earn various certificates & degrees including agricultural science, nursery production, crop management, and more.

Coordinates workforce trainings funded by USDA AFRI NIFA, Kamehameha Schools, United Healthcare and other donors. Operates controlled environment greenhouse for aquaponics and hydroponic systems training facility with UH IACUC approval to raise tilapia in aquaponics systems. Coordinates workforce trainings funded by USDA AFRI NIFA, Kamehameha Schools, United Healthcare and other donors. Develops and supports partnerships with Hui No Ke Ola Pono, Malama I Ke OIa, Maui Food Innovation Center and UHMC Culinary Department.
