The Pāʻina Building
The Pāʻina Building is where you can find our cafeteria. Meal plans are not offered however there is a food court instead that offers a wide variety of different ethnic background foods. This is also where the Culinary program is housed.

Maui Culinary Academy's highly acclaimed fine-dining restaurant with breathtaking ocean view. Where students get hands on experience in front and back of the house dinning.
🍴 The Leis Family Class Act Restaurant
All the cooking and all the service at the restaurant is handled by UH Maui College Culinary Arts Program students under the supervision of Chef Instructor Tom Lelli and Dining Room Lecturer Mark Malone.
🍱 Pa'ina Food Court
Food court services can be defined as providing eating or dining services within the campus area. These services can be provided by students themselves or any outsider contractor. Food court services give students an opportunity to talk to each other, interact with each other in a separate environment which can provide entertainment along with quality food.
👨🍳 Culinary Arts Classrooms
Maui Culinary Academy is an award-winning Culinary Arts Program housed in the beautiful 38,000 square-feet Pāʻina Culinary Arts Center at the University of Hawaii Maui College campus in Kahului. Instructors integrate culinary classes with specialized commercial operations to offer an intensive learning environment.
