UGA Mentor Program

⭐ The Career Center

The UGA Career Center helps students pursue and accomplish their goals through support during all phases of their college career and job search: explore majors/careers, develop a resume, apply to graduate school, find a mentor as well as mock interview services.

In addition to these services, the UGA Career Center also partners with employers to offer job shadowing opportunities and job fairs for students, helping them to find the best fit for life after UGA

⭐ Disability Resource Center

The Disability Resource Center’s primary commitment is to assist the University of Georgia in educating and serving students with disabilities who qualify for admissions. While our mission is to ensure equal educational opportunities as required by the ADA and other legislation, the DRC strives to promote a welcoming academic, physical, and social environment for students with disabilities at UGA.

The DRC provides services to students who have either a physical, cognitive or mental impairment which substantially limits one or more major life activities. It also encourages students to develop indpendence and responsibility as they partricipate in university life.

⭐ UGA Mentor Program

The UGA Mentor Program narrows down the world of possibilities to meaningful connections. With a focus on personalizing the networking experience, the mentor program connects students with experienced UGA mentors (staff, faculty and alumni) that are just right for your commitment.

By creating profile on the mentor platform, students are able to search for a mentor using a variety of search criteria including: identity, industry, major, location and more. When a mentor has been selected, students are paired with them for a 16-week mentorship to provide advice on academic and career guidance.
