Belk Auditorium
Belk Auditorium is where many of our major events, ceremonies, and performances happen each year, including the PC Department of Music's annual Christmas Concert.

⭐ Music Ensembles
The Department of Music at Presbyterian College offers large and chamber ensemble experiences. All students, regardless of major or minor, can participate in ensembles. Each ensemble has tailored musical opportunities for students based on their interests.
Wind
The Department of Music features the PC Wind Ensemble, the Jazz Band, the Pep Band, and chamber ensembles. All wind ensembles are open to students at PC.
Vocal
The PC Choir is the large, mixed choir at Presbyterian College. All students are eligible to participate. Bella Voce is the chamber choir for women. All women at PC are eligible to participate. Cantare is the chamber choir for men. All men at PC are eligible to participate. The Department of Music also offers experiences in musical theatre and opera. All students at PC are eligible to participate in voice ensembles.
Percussion
The PC Percussion Ensemble performs a variety of percussion literature and is open to all students at PC.
Piano
The PC Piano Ensemble is open to all students at PC who are taking applied piano lessons. The ensemble includes a variety of ensemble music for piano (duets, duos, trios, quartets, sextets, and octets).
Handbells
PC Ringers performs a variety of styles of music for handbell choirs. They also perform literature that combines handbells with choral ensembles, orchestral, wind, or percussion instruments. The PC Ringers is by audition only for all PC students.
Bagpipes
Bagpipes Ensemble is open to all students at PC and in the Laurens County Academy of Music who have taken applied lessons in bagpipe.
Strings
The Department of Music offers a variety opportunities including PC Chamber Orchestra and small chamber ensembles (duos, trios, quartets, and quintets). All students at PC are eligible to participate.

Music study at Presbyterian College prepares students for a professional life in music, enhances a liberal arts education, provides for life-long service, and creates opportunities combined with other majors and minors.
About the Music Program
Music is an important part of student academic life at PC. Student musicians at PC have a variety of musical backgrounds and academic interests, and can choose the level of immersion in which they plan to participate. PC offers a music major and a music minor. All students can participate in music classes, lessons and ensembles (voice, strings, guitar, piano, organ, woodwinds, brass, percussion, bagpipes, handbells, and composition) at PC, and can receive a music scholarship.
