McMillan Hall is home to the Office of Overseas Programs. Students interested in studying abroad receive a study abroad advisor who assists them through the process of selecting and preparing for the program of their choice. No matter your major of academic division, you can choose from a variety of programs from all across the globe.

Around 40% of WashU students will choose to study abroad and with more than 100 offerings, each of our divisions offer opportunities to study abroad with a variety of different programs. With a mixture of traditional and non-traditional options, we strive to ensure all students have the opportunity for these global experiences. Working alongside a study abroad advisor, student's ensure that all credits taken abroad will count for credit. Additionally, all merit and need-based financial assistance travels with a student when they study abroad during the school year!
With each of our majors offering at least one program, all students have the opportunity to study abroad while working towards their academic goals.
