The oldest residence hall on campus, Martin Hall features suite-style housing for coed students. It includes the O'Dell Lounge where gatherings can take place on the main level.

We offer traditional and suite-style residence halls, a historic home, and apartments for students to live in during their time at OttawaU. Plan to take advantage of every opportunity to make as many friends and learn as much as you can. You will meet people from all over the United States and around the world, giving you the chance to learn about new cultures and customs and to share ideas.

This residence hall offers suite-style living. Each suite has a common living room and double bedrooms.
A common laundry facility is located in the building. Study areas and lounges are located throughout the building.
