Hilltop Apartments

⭐ Saints Hall

Saints Hall houses approximately 430 students. With lounges and atriums on each of the four floors, a laundry room, 24-hour fitness center, and game tables, there is plenty to do within Saints Hall! Saints offers suite-style housing, with two double rooms adjoined by a shared bathroom.

⭐ Potter Hall

Potter Hall houses approximately 250 students. Students in this building reside in a double room with a private bathroom. They also have a 24-hour fitness center and laundry room on the main level. There is a courtyard in the back of the building for residents use as well.

⭐ Mouton Hall

Mouton Hall is home to about 150 students. It is a community-style housing option that is co-ed by wing. Each level has a lounge and a laundry room. The main level also has a kitchen available to students.

⭐ Hilltop Apartments

For our upper-classmen, Maryville offers double and quad apartments. Each building has a laundry center on the lower level. Along with the sleeping spaces, each apartment is equipped with two bathrooms, a kitchen, and a living room.
