Gander Dining Hall has an array of options available to students within our various food stations. You can grab a bite to eat from the Spiced Olive (specialty hummus and gourmet snacks), the salad bar, Urban Hen (grill food), Saborijo's (Mexican cuisine), Mozzie's (custom pizza and pasta), the fresh-rolled sushi station, or a bite to eat from the desert bar. Pick up your drink at a Coca-Cola freestyle machine.
The dining hall seats about 500 students and along with regular dining, houses many of our large campus events including Bingo & Brew, The President’s Holiday Celebration, and more!

Louie’s offers a menu different from what you will find in Gander Dining Hall. This location is open for lunch and dinner, including extra-late hours on the weekends.
