Ullman Commons is the main dining option on campus, providing a wide variety of all-you-care-to-eat dining options. Ullman Commons features a Mongolian style grill, vegan and vegetarian entrees, handcrafted pizzas, a made-to-order deli, international cuisines, soup and salad bar, homemade desserts, and Cal Lutheran’s very own “Food on Demand” – an interactive kiosk that features “grill-to-order” options, such as chicken tenders, hamburgers, veggie burgers, omelets, and so much more!
