Health and Education Building

Home to the College of Physical Activity and Sports Sciences, also known as CPASS. The building includes an instructional fitness center and multipurpose gym in addition to classrooms, labs, and computer labs. CPASS offers a variety of wellness-based areas of study such as athletic training, sport management, and sport and exercise psychology. On the ground floor of the building is the WVU Medicine facility, where students can access health clinics, wellness services and a pharmacy. Just as physical health is imperative, as is the maintenance of students' mental health. A very important resource, Carruth Center for Counseling, is where students can make appointments with licensed counselors to discuss stress or anxiety, depression, homesickness or any other issues in a professional and safe environment.
