Pohl Recreation Center
The Pohl Recreation Center, also known as "The Rec," is a popular gathering spot for students. The Rec features three multi-purpose courts for basketball, volleyball and badminton; an indoor soccer gym, weight room and cardio area; an indoor lap pool, leisure pool and spa, as well as a hot tub that seats 29 people.

Known as “The Rec,” the Pohl Recreation Center offers fun ways to keep everyone active. This state-of the art space features a rock-climbing wall, indoor lap and wave pool, spa, and multi-purpose courts for basketball, volleyball and badminton. An indoor soccer gym, weight room and cardio area also are available here. Classes, including yoga and Zumba, are available for those interested in group fitness, and the Outdoor Pursuits Center offers classes for aspiring nature adventurists, as well as equipment checkout for camping, kayaking and hiking.

The exercise machines capture kinetic energy and convert it into electricity for the Rec Center’s power grid.
