Physical Education Building is where our Kinesiology classes take place, as well as it serves as the fitness center on campus called "The Complex". The complex is available to students free of charge and offers weight machines, free weights, fitness classes, and intramural sports.

🏀🏋🏽♀️🩹 Kinesiology
The Kinesiology program at South Plains College is designed to help prepare students for transfer to a university in pursuit of an undergraduate degree in this field. Among the numerous opportunities available, an Associate Degree in this program will equip students with the necessary skills for a variety of professions, including athletic training, sport-health-fitness management, coaching, teaching, as well as working in physical or occupational therapy careers.

Stay active with our Intramural Sports! From flag football, soccer, volleyball and basketball leagues to tennis, kickball, dodgeball and more, SPC Intramural Sports offers something for every skill level!
⭐ The Complex
SPC has an outstanding fitness center on campus called "The Complex". With a complete line of free weights, machine weights, and cardio equipment you will have everything you need for a great workout. There are also two indoor basketball courts and 5 racquetball courts. In addition, a variety of group fitness classes.
