The Fort is home to the LSUA Generals Athletic programs and other student amenities, including the basketball court, fitness center, and indoor swimming pool. Cheer on the Women's and Men's Basketball teams during games with the university mascot, Tank!

LSUA competes in the Red River Athletic Conference (RRAC) and are members of the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA). There are a variety of varsity sports are offered:

- Women's Tennis
