Founders Hall was designed with artists in mind. The new residence features five floors of student housing for first-year and continuing students, large spaces for socializing, on-site laundry, a terrace overlooking the San Francisco skyline, and so much more.

🏠 Convenience and community

Founders Hall is where most of CCA’s first- and second-year resident students call home. Some upper division students and graduate students also live here too. Amenities include an open-air indoor courtyard, rooftop patio, community gathering spaces, and the college’s dining hall, Makers Cafe. Social events and residential programming make it easy to find your people—and your future collaborators. Did we mention you can roll out of bed and into class?

🍽 Makers Cafe

Located on the ground floor, Makers Cafe offers flexible food options to our community with seasonal menus, vegan options, daily specials, late-night snacks, and grab-and-go items. We’ve got three hot food options, a salad bar, and even a poke bowl station! Our ever-changing menu also includes vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options. For students on the go, you can pre-order food from your phone or computer to save time.
