The Caboose
The Caboose is a tribute to our founders, Davis and Elkins, who were fervent railroad executives. This retired Baltimore & Ohio caboose has been transformed into our campus coffee shop, where students and staff can go to relax and enjoy the surrounding area.

Our dining options are not run by food service organizations but rather by trained chefs. The head of our dining services, Scotty Marshall actually owns a premier restaurant in town. There are two main dining options and even our staff and faculty choose to eat on campus.
