Greek Theater
The Greek Theater, since 1935, remains a hallmark location on campus for major events: concerts, pep rallies, bid day, homecoming, fundraisers, and more. You can find the greek-style benches dotted with students socializing on any spring, sunny day (you’ll likely find many of them with a coffee in hand, as the campus Starbucks is conveniently located right across the street!). Gifted from Chi Omega, the building is a replica of the Theatre of Dionysus in Greece. Its largest crowd in the theater’s history is believed to be from an Arm Air Corps Band during WWII, and it’s currently listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
