Welcome to The Village, the newest residential community on the University of South Florida Tampa campus! It’s comprised of five buildings offering traditional and suite style units. With everything in one place, this community is highly recommended for first-year students.
This community is only steps away from:
➡️ The Hub dining hall
➡️ The Fit recreation and wellness facility
➡️ Publix, our on-campus grocery store
🌟 Explore The Village 🌟
While you're on campus, stop by Starbucks and BurgerFi in Pinnacle Hall! These locations are open to the public, so you can grab a drink or snack as you make your way across campus. Residence halls in The Village are open only to the students who live there, but you can visit the Housing and Residential Education Office later in the tour to learn more about housing options.

Community Support & Residential Curriculum
All residents have a Resident Assistant or a Community Manager. The RA or CM is a student staff member knowledgeable in campus resources and trained in conflict resolution, multicultural awareness, community building, crisis response and more.
Residential Education provides an intentional experience for all residents through the use of our residential curriculum. Wellness, Interpersonal Skills, Academic Engagement and Self-Awareness and Societal Impact serve as the four main learning goals of the residential curriculum. This curriculum shapes how Resident Assistants and Community Managers spend their time along with the student learning and community development we strive to create in our communities.
