The wellness and fitness center features indoor and outdoor pools to take advantage of the wonderful South Carolina weather. Modern exercise equipment is located throughout the building, and there is space for aerobics and Zumba classes, plus an indoor track and basketball and racquetball courts. You can tone up in the 20,000-square-foot weight room and test your mettle on the 52-foot climbing wall.
The STWFC also has a sand volleyball court by its outdoor pool and is surrounded by intramural fields for flag football, soccer and other outdoor intramural and club sports. Learn more about the STWFC.
