Rosa Parks African American Theme House

Rosa Parks African American Theme Housing (R.PAATH) is a student-initiated living-learning space for students whose interests span historical, present-day, and future experiences of predominantly African, Black, and Caribbean peoples. Over 50% of our student body live on campus; more than any other in the UC system.
Within our residential college system, themed housing is a popular option for students who wish to further explore their identities and interests in a mutually supportive environment. In addition to the Rosa Parks African American Theme House, some examples are the Merrill College Indigenous Peoples floor, trans inclusive housing options, and our gaming community.
