Located near the first Starbucks, Beecher’s boasts to have the world's best mac and cheese. Although the lines can be up to an hour, avid cheese lovers and those who want a meal in their time at Pike Place Market can enjoy Beecher’s.

For those who wish to experience another historical eatery, Le Panier is the perfect stop for French baked goods. Known for their macarons, Le Panier offers a piece of the French experience right in Pike Place.

First Starbucks

Opened in 1971, the original Starbucks remains a greatly sought-after attraction in Pike Place Market. Although the menu items at the store are the same as any other Starbucks, the exterior bears the original logo of the iconic mermaid in a brown color rather than green. Most visitors take a peek through the window for the line can take up to 2 hours at times.
