Jefferson State's original campus that opened in 1965. The beautiful, wooded campus is located in northeast Birmingham. The Jefferson Campus is home to a student center, library, administration building, technology center, student support center, campus police and more.
The Shelby-Hoover Campus opened in 1993 and has grown to include a General Studies Building, Judy Merritt Health Sciences Building, and Welding Center. The convenient location off Valleydale Road in Hoover/North Shelby County is easily accessible via Interstate 65 and U.S. 280.
The Chilton-Clanton Campus of Jefferson State Community College is housed in a 30,000-square-foot building that opened in 1998. The campus is located off Lay Dam Road in Clanton, minutes from Interstate 65 Exit 212.
