The Devoe L. Moore University Center is a large brick structure that surrounds Doak Campbell Football Stadium. The complex includes four separate buildings that house administrative offices, academic departments, classrooms, and retail space.

First-Year Students
Students applying to Florida State directly from high school are classified as first-year students. Our office follows a regular admission model, meaning all students must submit their application and application materials by a specific date. The admissions office will then review all the applications submitted by the deadline and send out admissions decisions on designated day. First-Year admission is a holistic and selective process, and no single criterion guarantees admission.
Transfer Students
Each year, we enroll approximately 3,000 transfer students. The majority of our students come to us from the Florida College System, and most will have completed their Associate in Arts degree. However, we accept transfer students from all nationally accredited institutions at all levels. Students must complete 12 or more college credits after high school graduation to be considered a transfer student.

⭐ International Programs
Located on the fifth floor of University Center A is our Office of International Programs. Florida State has been sending students abroad for over 60 years and our program consistently ranks among the top programs in the nation. This is largely because our university offers both general education courses as well as major-specific curriculum abroad, making it possible for students to participate at any point during their time here at FSU. In addition to study abroad programs, we also offer international internships. We have four year-round study centers located in London, England, Valencia, Spain, Florence, Italy, and Panama City, in the Republic of Panama. Students also have the opportunity to study abroad over the summer in about 20 different countries around the world. The Office of International Programs also accepts most forms of scholarships and financial aid in addition to offering scholarships annually in an effort to keep costs more affordable.
