P.E.O. Hall was the first building and residence hall erected after Cottey was accepted as a gift by the P.E.O. Sisterhood. It is home to Arkansas, California-Gardner, California-Remy, Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota, Missouri, Oregon, Pope and Yellowstone suites.

Approximately 100 student live in ten suites in Reeves: California-Weller, Kansas, Michigan, Nebraska, New Mexico, Ohio, Rubie, Seaboard, Texas, and Washington.
Raney Dining Room is on the lower level. Arizona, Colorado-Minear, Colorado-Thompson, Dakota, Florida, Indiana, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Rosemary-Alumna, Santa Barbara, Southeastern, Wallace, Wheatlake and Wisconsin suites are found in "Robbie."
