The Peaks are the middle-tier housing at CCU. Named after four of our Colorado Fourteeners, The Peaks has the most closet space and storage of any option.

Pods
⭐ Middle Tier Housing
Kit Carson, La Plata, Red Cloud, and Snowmass are all middle tier apartments. They come fully furnished with a couch, chairs, a coffee table, kitchen table, a microwave, a dishwasher, washer and dryer and air conditioning. Each apartment has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and houses six CCU students!
⭐ Pods
We believe that deep community should be at the heart of all we do as Christians. That's why we grouped together each floor (or pod) of every residence hall. Each pod gathers together weekly for story time and discipleship groups to get to know each other better and love each other well. CCU has an amazing RA to student ratio at just 24:1, which helps foster deep community!
