General Housing
Waite and Harwood are both part of our General Housing and are our base level of housing on campus. Four students share an apartment with two bedrooms and one bathroom. While they may not host as many amenities as other apartments on campus, living in General Housing is still most students favorite part of the CCU experience. The community is unlike any other housing on campus, and there is always fun to be had!

Ask any CCU student and they will tell you that general housing has the BEST traditions. Brother and sister stairwell dinners, the SoBe Party, and weekend outings are just a few of the amazing aspects of the general housing community!
⭐ General Housing Amenities
Each apartment comes fully furnished, including kitchen and living room furniture. General Housing does not include air conditioning, a dishwasher, or a washer/dryer, but there are community washers and dryers for students to use ($1.50 per load).
