Looking to transfer to Cal Poly Pomona? PolyTransfer supports underserved, underrepresented, and first-generation transfer students in transitioning to CPP, thriving while here, and graduating successfully!

As a student in the PolyTransfer program, you get access to:

• Programs to help you learn about academic policies, deadlines and campus resources and meet other transfer students, faculty and staff
